Can I buy PvP focus? (+45e/+5ALe) - Guild Wars Forums

There's a PvP focus for +45hp enchanted, +5armor enchanted. I've checked all the desert collectors but can't find it. Does this item exist as a collector's item?

Thanks for the reply, I found the one at DF but it was req domination. Do any req illusion or req inspiration ones exist?
